Runs 130 minutes

Idealistic teenager Casey Newton (Britt Robertson) discovers a pin in with her belongings. Once she touches it, she is transported to a future Utopia, where anything appears possible. The only problem is that her time there is cut short and she returns back to earth. She is determined to fnd her way back to this "Tomorrowland". In her quest, she is aided by a young girl named Athena (Raffey Cassidy) and a grumpy man named Frank Walker (George Clooney). These two also share some sort of past history. You see, Frank was once an inhabitant of Tomorrowland, a place of dreamers and inventors, until he was deported for creating something that should never have been created. Still, he is Casey's best shot at re-discovering Tomorrowland, if they can just get past the obstacles that are put in their way.

I liked this movie. I thought it was intriguing and thought-provoking. But, it did seem to have a slight political agenda - the earth is ending from climate change and ignorance and we need to get up and do something about it. Just a little in your face. I liked all of the characters and I thought Raffey Cassidy, who played Athena, was remarkable. I can't wait to see her again in something else. Anyway, the movie was entertaining and good for the whole family. The crowd in our theatre seemed to like it. I think it is worth seeing. Not the best, but good enough.
