Sweet movie about a lonely housewife who tries to cook exotic luches for her husband to get his attention. Actually based on the lunchbox system in India where wives cook food for their husbands and have it delivered, Ila (Nimrat Kaur) discovers that the food she thought was going to her husband was instead going to a government accountant (Irrfan Khan). They begin to exchange correspondence, discussing their lives anonymously. Eventually, they open up to each other and begin a deep friendship.
This is such a sweet movie. It unfolds slowly and lets you really get to know the characters. You can only hope that eventually they will meet. You'll have to see it to find out how it all ends up.
