Emmet (Chris Pratt) is an ordinary LEGO worker who goes about his day in bliss and always follows the rules. One day he is accidentally identified as the "Special" by a mysterious wizard named Vitruvius (Morgan Freeman). Vitruvius declares that Emmet was sent to save the universe from evil President Business (Will Ferrell).  Emmet is woefully unprepared for this duty and he gets lots of help along the way from a would-be love interest, Wyldstyle (Elizabeth Banks), Batman (Will Arnett) and a host of other characters. Good Cop/Bad Cop (Liam Neeson) works for President Business and tries to block their efforts at every turn.  The theme song of the movie is "Everything is Awesome" and all I can say is it stays awesome until the end.

The voice talent in this movie is fabulous and the movie is very funny.  You will leave the theater humming the theme song, glad that you took the kids or just went to see this by yourself.
