Jules Ostin (Anne Hathaway) heads up her own internet shopping site. In just 18 months it has grown by leaps and bounds and she now has over 200 employees. She keeps her fingers in everything, concerned about overall customer satisfaction. And, she has a stay-at-home husband, Matt (Anders Holm) who is starting to resent how much she works. Her backers are getting concerned that maybe she has too much on her plate and might need a savvy CEO to come on board and help lead the company forward. She is not keen on the idea. One of her trusted advisors convinces her to start a Senior internship program to maybe help with some of the small tasks. Ben Whittaker (Robert De Niro) is now widowed and keeps busy with exercise classes, visiting his grandkid and going to funerals. He thinks this internship will give him a reason to get up in the morning. At first, he is a little overwhelmed. I mean, he still has a flip phone. But, he also has over 40 years of business experience and soon he becomes Jules confidant.  He also sets his sight on the company masseuse, Fiona (Rene Russo). Should Jules hire a CEO, which might change the company for good? Will that help her relationship with her husband? Will Ben find love in his twilight years?

I loved this movie. It is a pretty straightforward comedy and you can see where it is headed from miles away but it is so fun getting there. Everyone is attractive and entertaining. The generational gap between Robert De Niro and his young co-stars is a hoot. I thought the chemistry between Anne Hathaway and Robert De Niro was spot on. He was amazed by her abilities but still had much to offer her. The movie made me smile and was a little touching, too. A definite must see!
