Dom (Vin Diesel) and Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) are on their honeymoon in Cuba when a mysterious women appears. Cipher (Charlize Theron) has something on Dom and she forces him to turn his back on his family and everyone else he loves. His team however, refuses to believe that he has betrayed them and they set out to find Dom and stop Cipher from unleashing chaos on the world at large. From Cuba to New York City, to Berlin and the Barents Sea, the gang tracks Dom, works to stop Cipher from possibly setting off a nuclear weapon and drives and wrecks all kinds of cars and even a tank. Can they rescue Dom from Cipher's evil clutches and bring the family back together again?

I love this franchise. I like the big action sequences and all of the fun actors in these films. From that standpoint, this one didn't disappoint. Charlize Theron was cold and evil. And, Jason Statham and Dwayne Johnson were both so funny - particularly Statham in a hilarious scene with a baby. Nice cameos pop up throughout the film. The plot was ok - better if you have followed all of the films and can remember who everyone is and what they have previously done. But, don't worry if you can't. It is still fun and action-packed. There are some big plot holes but you just have to go along for the ride. Crazy stunts. Still an emphasis on family and brotherhood. And, a nice little shout out to Paul Walker's character (who has been retired from the franchise, but not killed off). If you are a fan of the Fast and Furious films, then this is a must see. I don't think this is as good as the last two installments but it is still entertaining. Go see it.
