Runs 104 minutes

Matthew Taylor (Shemar Moore) is on a whirlwind tour to promote his new book, The Bounce Back. His theory is if you want to get over a failed relationship it is best to pretend it never happened, focus on what you want for the future and work toward that goal. He is appearing on TV shows and holding relationship seminars promoting hs theory and his book. When clinical psychologist Kristin Peralta (Nadine Velazquez) inadvertently attends one of his seminars, she immediately clashes with Matthew. She feels that you must work through your past issues in order to move forward. Because their animosity makes good TV, she is called to debate him on one of his talk show performances and soon they are clashing on TV on a regular basis. Of course, soon Matthew is questioning his whole theory as he begins to fall for Kristin.

This is an average movie. You know where it is headed from the first minute. The best thing about the film is that everyone is gorgeous to look at. It isn't hard to watch Shemar Moore. But, there isn't a whole lot of substance. Just a typical meet cute, fight against chemistry and then fall in love. Unless you have seen every other movie out there, like me, then I would save this one for a late night DVD rental when you are really bored.
