Ted (voiced by Seth McFarlane) is now married to Tami-Lynn (Jessica Barth). John (Mark Wahlberg) is now divorced and not ready to gat back out there yet. When Ted and Tami-Lynn feel their happiness fading away, they decide to have a baby to save their marriage. Of course, Ted can't do that the old-fashioned way, so they begin to explore their options only to learn that Ted isn't eligible to adopt a baby because wait for it...he isn't human. So, together with John, they set out to prove Ted is human in a court of law with the help of their new lawyer Samantha L. Jackson (Amanda Seyfried).

This movie is funny and it did make us all laugh. But it is so crude. The heart and originality from the first one feels lacking in this one. There are some very funny moments, one involving Tom Brady and one with Liam Neeson that just crack you up. But, the rest is kinda ho-hum. We were a little disappointed. I still think Ted the Bear is pretty cool, just watching the way he moves and emotes and interacts on screen. But, the movie overall starts to really drag. It is almost 2 hours and it feels too long. It could have ended at least 30 minutes earlier. Anyway, it is funny, but will make you cringe. Not the best movie but if you have 2 hours to spare, liked the first Ted and just want to laugh a little, then you might like this one. I guess go see it. I did....
