Runs 105 minutes

Cassius "Cash" Green (Lakeith Stanfield) and his girlfriend Detroit (Tessa Thompson) live in Cash's uncle's (Terry Crews) garage and just try to make ends meet. Then Cash gets a telemarketing job. He is told to use his "white people's voice" on his calls and soon he is moving up in the ranks. Once he is installed on the top floor as a "Power Caller", he starts making the real money. He moves into a new apartment and starts spending time with his work friends. He begins to lose his moral compass and his real friends. But, everything is not what it seems on the top floor and soon Cash learns that his new job goes against everything he believes. Can Cash reunite with his true friends and stop the madness before it is too late?

I did not like this movie. It starts off pretty good. I liked the first third. It was funny and sarcastic, especially when Cash starts speaking in his white voice (actually the voice of David Cross.) That was original. But, by the time Armie Hammer shows up in the final act (as the deranged head of a futuristic company), the movie falls off the rails. The message is all over the place and it just doesn't make sense. I don't want to give anything away so I can't even tell you all of the weird things that happen. Just trust me, it is not something that you really want to see. Skip it.
