Runs 97 minutes

Courtney Collins (Shannyn Sossamon) and her two sons have just moved into a remote farmhouse to hide out from her abusive husband. Unfortunately, they moved into the same house that the evil Bughuul has marked for destruction. When the Ex-deputy (James Ransone) from the original Sinister finds out that a family has moved into the lair of Bughuul, he races to the scene to try to protect them. He might just be too late because the children have already been lured to the basement and forced to watch the films of previous crimes committed at the behest of Bughuul. Will he be able to prevent further tragedy or is it already too late?

This was an adequate horror film. It was more creepy than actually scary. The abusive husband, Clint (Lea Coco) was actually pretty terrifying himself. He brought life to the film whenever he was around. If you saw the first installment and liked it, then you will probably like this one. If you didn't like the first one, then you can skip this one.
