Runs 105 minutes

Guy Pearce is Trevor, the owner of the "Power 4 Life" Gym. He really believes in the philosophy that you should work out to be mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally empowered. His dream is to open a larger and more full-service location. Kat (Cobie Smulders) is one of his top trainers. She is physically fit but seems to be a little on edge. They also have some kind of romantic history. When Danny (Kevin Corrigan), a new, rich client, joins the gym and hires Kat to come to his house to train him, things start to go awry. Kat just wants Danny to care about his fitness and get in shape. Danny just likes Kat to demonstrate exercises. Trevor wants to be friends and maybe business partners with Danny. And Danny just has too much money and doesn't know how to deal with it. Everyone gets a little too caught up in each other's business. Will Trevor be able to fulfill his dream for Power 4 Life and get the Results he really wants?

This is supposed to be a comedy with a little romance. Parts of it are funny, but not super funny. And, the romance is nowhere to be seen until the end of the movie. Still, it is not terrible. If you belong to a gym like me, then you might relate to this movie. It was funny when Kat told Danny to keep a food journal of all of the food he eats and he ends up taking a selfie with his pizza. Overall, this was an OK movie. Maybe worth a matinee or a viewing on VOD.
