Runs 97 minutes

A group of friends get together for a dinner party. The hostess Eva (Belen Rueda) suggests that they play a game. It seems that everyone spends too much time on their cell phones. So, she has all of the guests place their phones on the table in front of them. If their phones ring or the person receives a text, the group will listen or respond together. Of course, everyone has their secrets and soon certain situations begin to escalate out of control. Can these friends ever get past these series of revelations?

I actually liked this movie. It is in Spanish (it is also a remake of an Italian film) and the acting is really good. You slowly get to know the people heading to the dinner party. As soon as the game is suggested, you start to worry about what might be revealed. There is plenty of humor but also lots of tension. It made me laugh and cringe. The ending was a little strange but it is what it is. If you like fun little foreign films, then this might be for you. Go see it.
