Norm (Rob Schneider) is a Polar Bear. He isn't very good at hunting. In fact, he can't even eat the seals he catches because they are just too cute. However, he does have one talent that has been passed down in his family. He can talk to humans. When Norm discovers a model home out on the arctic plain, he begins to wonder what it is doing there. Soon, he is headed to New York with his three lemming friends to try to stop Mr. Greene (Ken Jeong) and his company from building manufactured houses at the North Pole. He ends up becoming the "spokesbear" for the corporation in order to get close to Mr. Greene. With the help of Vera (Heather Graham) and her daughter Olympia (Maya Kay), he is able to infiltrate Greene's headquarters and finds more than he expected. Will he be able to stop Greene and keep the North Pole in it's pristine condition?

This is an average animated movie. It is definitely geared toward the younger kids. There is not much in the film that really translates to adults. But, Norm is cute and the lemmings are pretty funny. When I saw it, it seemed that all of the kids were having a good time and they were all dancing the "Arctic Shake" on the way out the door. If you have young children, you can suck it up for them and they will probably have a good time. Otherwise, skip it.
