Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly (Rose Byrne) are expecting their second child and are ready to move to the suburbs. They have found a buyer for their house and all they have to do is wait out the 30 day escrow. That is until a group of fledgling sorority girls, headed by Shelby (Chloë Grace Moretz) take over the house next door and prove that girls can party as hard as any boys. Mac and Kelly must recruit their ex-nemesis, professional fraternity man-child himself, Teddy (Zac Efron) to help try to drive the sorority out of the neighborhood. Will Mac and Kelly ever be able to sell their house and get some peace and quiet?

This movie was pretty hilarious. The gym girls and I actually had a good time and laughed a lot. That is not to say that this is a great movie. But, it is entertaining and laugh out loud funny. We actually thought it might be just a little better than the first one. It is still gross and crude, but there is a heart somewhere in there. The "old people" next door still want to be young again, even when they are exasperated. And, Zac Efron still looks good without a shirt - which is how he is for at least half of the movie. He is getting pretty good at dumb comedies. So, if you loved the first one, then you won't be disappointed. If you are on the fence but just want a good laugh (and don't mind tampon jokes and weird clowns) then this might be for you. We had fun and that is what counts. Go see it (and Zac's abs).
