Mr. Peabody (Ty Burrell) is the smartest and most accomplished dog in history. He and His adopted son, Sherman use a time machine, the WABAC, to visit historical places and learn about the world's greatest historical moments.  Of course, when Sherman uses the machine to impress his friend Penny, all kinds of chaos ensues.  They accidentally change the course of history which rips a hole in the space/time continuum. It is up to Mr. Peabody to save the day.

I have to admit that this movie was pretty funny.  There were plenty of references that will go over kids heads. Most don't know about Robespierre and the French Revolution or the Trojan Horse used in Troy, but these references are funny and give the parents something to laugh at, too.
