Runs 92 minutes

This is the story of the actor Anton Yelchin. It follows his life and career up until his untimely death at age 27 in a terrible accident. Including interviews with his parents, childhood friends and other actors, this is a touching portrait of a great son, friend and actor who was taken in the prime of his life.

This is a great documentary. Even though the story ends in tragedy, the film is still uplifting because Anton touched so many people. He made around 69 films and tv shows by the time he was 27. He was considered a very smart and gifted actor by his peers. He remained close to his parents and friends throughout his life. His parents were famous Russian Ice Dancers who emigrated to the United States when Anton was a baby. He grew up speaking Russian and English. He was especially close to his Mother, who called him by his given name Antosha. The film is very touching and sad when his parents are discussing his death. I really liked this film and was moved by what a great kid Anton seemed to be. He was definitely taken before his time. If you like docs, then go see this one.
