Runs 109 minutes

Jordan Sanders (Regina Hall) runs a successful company but is a terrible boss. She rants and raves at her employees and treats her loyal assistant April (Issa Rae) like dirt. One day, when she is particularly cruel to a little girl doing a magic trick, the girl waves her magic wand and tells Jordan that she wishes she was little so she could teach her a thing or two. The next morning, Jordan wakes up as her younger self (Marsai Martin) at the same age that she was bullied by her peers. Now, she must rely on April to run the company, keep Jordan out of foster care and maybe teach her a thing or two about being a better person.

This movie is hilarious. The theatre was full and the audience was all in, laughing the whole time. There are no hidden agendas in this film. It is not trying to be PC or about women's power. It is just trying to by funny. And, it is! Marsai Martin is a little phenom. She actually pitched the idea for this film herself and is an executive producer. She made the whole film. When she was forced to go back to school, it was a riot. Issa Rae was so funny, too. She has a way with a throwaway line. Of course, Regina Hall was great at being a brutal task master. She had those employees quaking in their boots. Overall, just a blast of a movie with a good message. Go see it!
