Runs 141 minutes

Rejected Kingsman recruit Charlie (Edward Holcroft) heads to the dark side to take on a job for the evil Poppy (Julianne Moore). This leads to tragedy for the Kingsman. Eggsy (Taron Egerton) and Merlin (Mark Strong) must team up with their American counterparts, The Statemen, to take down Poppy and her evil empire.

This sequel starts with a bang - one of the most fun and exciting action sequences this year. The film keeps up the fun and frantic pace for the entire film. It is action-packed and funny. I thought it was almost as good as the first one. It does seem to run a little long but most of the action is very entertaining. Julianne Moore was a little over-the-top as the villain but she looked like she was having a blast. She sure loved her meat grinding machine... I loved the Statemen, including Jeff Bridges, Halle Berry and Channing Tatum. It appears that Channing will have a bigger role if they make a future installment. So, if you were a fan of the first one, then you shouldn't be disappointed with the sequel. Go see it.
