An eye-opening and informative look at the cost/benefit of higher education. Most administrators agree that attending college is still worth the investment. However, they admit that additional avenues, including on-line education and other alternatives are necessary in today's financial climate amidst the rising cost of tuition and the rising cost of student debt.
This is a very interesting and informative movie. It opens your eyes to the cost of higher education but also makes you see what is driving that cost. The only thing lacking from my point of view was more focus on personal responsibility. If you want your kids to go to an Ivy league school, you better start saving from the moment they are born. Not everyone will follow the traditional path and a less prestigious school will still open doors to a great future. I liked this movie and think it is worth seeing.
