Jay (Maika Monroe) has a date with a new boyfriend. During a sexual encounter, he passes along a sexually transmitted entity that begins to follow her. It takes on the form of a human, sometimes a recognizeable person and sometimes random, and only she can see it. It relentlessly pursues her. Her friends think she is crazy until her fear becomes so strong that even they begin to believe. They track down the boy who passed it to her only to find out that the only way to rid herself of this entity is to pass it on to someone else. Before it catches up to her, of course....

This is a crazy horror movie. But, it is definitely unique. I think there is a little message in there about casual sex - like don't have it or you will be followed by a strange thing that wants to kill you? Anyway, the movie doesn't really make total sense but it is creepy and has a sense of foreboding until the very end. It's kinda fun but there is some graphic nudity, so beware. If you like horror films then you might like this and I'm sure there will be a sequel...Still Following You or something!
