Runs 94 minutes

Scrat, in his ever-eternal search for acorns has accidentally sent a meteor plunging toward Earth. On Earth, Manny (Ray Romano), Ellie (Queen Latifah), Sid (John Leguizamo) and Diego (Denis Leary) are dealing with their own issues. Manny and Ellie's daughter Peaches (Keke Palmer) is about to marry Julian (Adam Devine) and move away. Sid still doesn't have a girlfriend and kids are still afraid of Diego. But now they must band together to try to save the planet from destruction.

Ok. This was a very average movie. Kids, especially kids who have never seen an Ice Age film, will probably laugh and have a good time. Adults will be slightly bored. I've always enjoyed the Ice Age films. Usually they are good stories about friendship and famiy and they are very funny. This one seemed like a retread. It was nice revisiting the characters for about five minutes but after that, there was nothing really new or exciting. I also felt like the look of the film wasn't as vibrant as usual which probably detracted from my enjoyment. Anyway, it is perfectly fine for kids of all ages. Everyone will just forget it the minute it is over.
