Where to start....Aaron Eckhart plays the reanimated creation of Victor Frankenstein, sewn together from 8 different corpses and somehow shocked into being.  His creator realizes that he will never be human and tries to destroy him.  He survives to enact his revenge and then search for his true destiny.  He is soon discovered by rival factions of demons and gargoyles. The demons, led by Naberius (Bill Nighy), want to discover how he was reanimated so that they can use that knowledge to take over the world.  The Gargoyles, led by Queen Leonore (Miranda Otto) rename the creation, Adam and want to keep him from the demons in order to protect the world. Obviously, battle ensues.

I saw this in IMAX 3D.  Why, you might ask...just to see supersized Aaron Eckhart with his shirt off!  He worked out really hard for this role.  Other than that, the 3D was not worth it and the movie was way too gloomy.  I would prefer more camp and I expected a little more humor whenever Bill Nighy showed up.  The special effects were good, especially the flying gargoyles.  There was just no emotion in this movie.  You can probably wait for the DVD.
