Runs 110 minutes

Ramona (Jennifer Lopez), Destiny (Constance Wu), Mercedes (Keke Palmer) and Annabelle (Lili Reinhart) are high dollar strippers. They all work for Mother (Mercedes Ruehl) at one of the best clubs in New York and they cater to the Wall Street crowd. They make plenty of money from their high-rolling clients and enjoy the good life. However, when the financial crisis of 2008 hits, it hits them hard. But, rather than give up, Ramona decides to turn the tables on her Wall Street clients. With Destiny, Mercedes, Annabelle and others by her side, they pull the rug right out from under their rich, degenerate clients. And, the money starts flowing again. Unfortunately, this time it was illegal.

This film is based on a New York Magazine article and it is a true story. Jennifer Lopez is absolutely fabulous in this film. She glows. And, she pole dances better than any real stripper, I'm sure. She is amazing. The rest of the cast is good, too. Constance Wu is really good. She knows that this isn't right but she needs the money for her kid. The story is pretty fascinating. These girls swindled tons of money from these bankers and there was barely a peep from anyone, at first. It was just too embarrassing. Unfortunately, the good times had to end and the girls had to pay the price. The movie isn't great, but it is good and interesting. JLo makes it worth the price of admission. So, go see it.
