Runs 93 minutes

Lou (Rob Corddry), Nick (Craig Robinson) and Jacob (Clark Duke) are back. Lou and Nick used the Time Machine to make themselves rich and famous and now think they are something special. Lou didn't even tell the gang that he actually bought the hot tub from the ski resort and had it tricked out and installed in a secret room in his house. When he is shot in the groin by a mystery guest at a party, he is forced to tell the gang about the hot tub and they jump in and head to the past to try to keep Lou from being shot. Somehow, they end up in the future and their future selves are not so great. Of course, Lou is still alive? So, they set out to try to discover who shot Lou and why.

Where the original Hot Tub movie was creative and funny, this one is just obnoxious. The guys made fun of themselves and we all laughed along in Hot Tub 1. This time, there is very little humor. The movie could have been pretty hilarous, with Lou inventing Lougle (Google) and the internet and Nick singing pop songs from the 90's before anyone heard them and pretending they are his. Those things are funny. But, the way these guys act towards each other and women, it is just so crude. All they care about is the next party or hot chick. I was hoping for more of the silly humor of the first one, but no such luck. Actually, the scenes that play through the end credits are the funniest part of the whole movie. At least stay and watch those if you go. But, I would skip this one.
