Runs 102 minutes

Two brothers, Toby (Chris Pine) and Tanner (Ben Foster) resort to bank robbery to save the family farm. Tanner just completed a jail sentence while Toby nursed their sick Mother. Upon her death, the bank comes calling to repossess their family farm. This farm has been in the family for years and was the only thing that Toby could pass on to his two sons. Together, the brothers hatch a plot to save it. With the Texas Rangers, led by Marcus Hamilton (Jeff Bridges) hot on their trail, they blaze a trail through West Texas. Can they pull off the impossible and make it out alive?

I really liked this movie. It reminded me of a really good western with a crime drama twist. There was plenty of humor before the movie took a darker turn. Jeff Bridges and Gil Birmingham were fantastic as the Texas Rangers. They played off of each other like pros. Chris Pine and Ben Foster were also great. The whole movie had just a slight feeling of dread. It was very intense. You knew it probably wasn't going to have a happy ending but you couldn't look away. Riveting performances, perfect West Texas atmosphere and great music. This was a really good movie. Go see it!
