Runs 100 minutes

Picking up right where Happy Death Day left off, Tree (Jessica Rothe) wakes up in Carter's (Israel Broussard) dorm room and is happy to have survived the night. Just when she thinks things are looking up, Carter's roommate Ryan (Phi Vu) claims that he is reliving the day over and over. Soon Jessica learns that a science experiment gone wrong has sent her back into the death loop. Only this time she wakes up in the wrong dimension. Can Jessica, Carter, Ryan and the gang solve the quantum error so that they can all live to see another day?

This wasn't quite as good as the original but it was still pretty entertaining. The cast was all back and ready for action. The plot was actually pretty good. Tree's sorority sister Danielle (Rachel Matthews) was a hoot. I liked the film. I liked that it picked up right where the other one left off. And, I am glad that they didn't wait too long to release it. There were even a few scenes that might make you tear up. You don't have to see the first one before this one but I think it would make it more entertaining if you did. So, if you liked Happy Death Day, then you will probably like this one. Go see it.
