Brad (Ben Schnetzer) goes to visit his brother Brett (Nick Jonas) at college for the weekend. They go to a frat party and have a wild time. However, on his way home, Brad suffers a traumatic incident which leaves him skittish and nervous. He debates putting off starting college but eventually decides to follow his brother to school and even decides to pledge the same fraternity although he remains apprehensive about pledging. When the hazing becomes unbearable, Brad is determined to push through but it begins to drive a wedge between the brothers. It is hard for Brett to watch his brother be subjected to such harsh hazing. Is "brotherhood" in the fraternity worth losing your actual brother in the process?

Wow! This movie is tough to watch and it is based on actual events. The hazing was really awful. Those poor kids just wanted to go along and fit in. It really shows you what "group think" is like. Great performances and a really good film. Nick Jonas has grown up! Loved Ben Schnetzer (He was also great in Snowden). Not for anyone under 18. I still don't understand how things like this can go on, a lot of it right out in the open, with underage kids. But, apparently it does. And, don't worry about the goat of the title (real name Chewie). He ends up ok. Eye-opening film. Keep the kids away but go see it!
