Laura (Alycia Debnam-Carey) is a popular college student with lots of friends, both on-line and for real. Outcast Marina (Liesl Ahlers) longs to be a part of Laura's group. Even though Marina is very odd, Laura accepts her friend request just to be nice. But, Marina thinks their friendship is very real and when Laura unfriends her, she vows to show Laura what it is like to be friendless and alone.

This isn't an Oscar movie or anything of that caliber but I have to say that it was slightly beter than I thought it would be. The use of technology is pretty intriguing. You would think watching people check Facebook and FaceTime would be boring but the movie moves along pretty quickly. It has some nice suspense. I didn't like the use of the supernatural stuff. The movie would have been just fine staying grounded in reality. Apart from that, it was a decent ittle horror film. If you are a fan of horror, you might chack out a matinee or a late night rental. Otherwise, skip it.
