Ane (Nagore Aramburu) lives an unassuming life. She goes to work and watches TV with her husband. She is in a bit of a rut. Suddenly, she starts receiving flowers every Thursday from an unknown admirer. Her husband is not too happy with this. And, when things take a sudden turn, various other people are also affected by this small act of kindness.

This was Spain's official Oscar entry. It is a sweet film. It deals with loneliness, love, loss and just life. It is intriguing and keeps you interested until the end. There is no huge twist or big revelation, just a nice resolution. Enjoyable. If you like small, foreign films, this is a good one. Go see it.
