Lloyd (Jim Carrey) and Harry (Jeff Daniels) are back after 20 years and I didn't miss them. Lloyd has been pretending to be in an unresponsive state living in an institution for the past 20 years. Harry visits him every week. Lloyd finally decides that 20 years is long enough to be a funny gag and he wakes up. Then Lloyd and Harry go on a quest to find Harry's unknown-until-now daughter because hs needs a kidney transplant. Kathleen Turner is slumming it as Harry's past love interest.

Just skip this movie. If you loved the first one, then you might find this one slightly funny. I didn't like the first one and I thought this one was worse. Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels have never stooped so low. This movie is not funny and it just makes you cringe. I'll save you even the $4.00 I spent on the cheapest matinee and tell you SKIP IT!!
