Runs 85 minutes

Tim (Jake Johnson) and Lee (Rosemarie DeWitt) are trying to work on their relationship which they feel has cooled a little since they had their first child, Jude. They are spending a few weeks at the estate of some friends who are traveling. One day, Tim discovers a rusted old gun and a bone while doing some weeding in the garden. He lets his imagination run wild and wants to dig up the whole yard to see if there might be a body or something. Lee just wants him to do the taxes. She decides to take Jude and go visit her Mother for the weekend. While she is gone, Tim has some friends over and they decide to keep digging. Meanwhile, Lee has her own adventure when she spends the night on the town by herself. Each, in their own separate way, comes to a realization that what they have together might not be so broken afterall. The world is just a little weirder when they are apart.

This is definitely an indie movie. There are a lot of small cameo roles by Judith Light, Sam Elliott, Sam Rockwell, a very naked Chris Messina, Anna Kendrick, and Brie Larson among others. It is decently paced and relatively short. Not a whole lot happens but it still keeps your interest and you hope everything works out in the end. If you like indies and seeing a bunch of actors just having a crazy time on screen, this might be for you. So-so movie, probably worth at least a matinee.
