Runs 86 minutes

Travis (James Freedson-Jackson) and Harrison (Hays Wellford) are ten year old boys who have decided to run away from home. With walking sticks and a piece of beef jerky, they are making their way through the woods when they stumble upon a Cop car. At first, they are hesitant to approach but once they realize that it is empty they run over to investigate. They find the door open and jump inside, excited to be in a cop car for the first time. Then they find the keys and even though they don't know how to drive (how hard can it be, they've seen video games?) they decide to take the car on a joy ride. Flash back to Sheriff Kretzer (Kevin Bacon) who drove the car to the woods. He is off disposing of a body that had been in the trunk. Unfortunately, there is still a second body in the trunk and he has returned to find the car missing. Now, he must track down the car before anyone realizes that it is missing and finish his business.

This is a fast-paced, action packed movie that only gets crazier as it goes along. Kevin Bacon is great as the deranged Sheriff. And, the two boys are pretty good. They have no idea what they have stepped into by taking that car. Not everything is explained and it is pretty violent but it definitely keeps you on the edge of your seat. A lot of action is packed into this 90 minute thrill-ride. A pretty good low-tech thriller. Go see it.
