Runs 99 minutes

Casey (Nicholas Hoult) is an American living in Germany and working for crazy drug dealer Geran (Ben Kingsley). When he meets Juliette (Felicity Jones), another American living and working in Germany, he is immediately smitten. She likes him but tells him that he has to give up the bad boy ways if wants to date her. He quits his illegal ways and gets a legitimate job. Soon, they are in love and living together. But, their world is shattered when Juliette is diagnosed with a kidney disease. She needs a new kidney but is not eligible because she is not exactly a legal German resident. Casey needs money for Juliette's surgery and immediately heads back to Geran looking for some kind of score. He agrees to carry out the heist of a truck full of drugs from Hagen Kahl (Anthony Hopkins). Kahl is a businessman and philanthropist but also the biggest drug kingpin in Germany. When things go awry, Casey is forced to run for his life. Can he outsmart the evil Kahl or will he die trying to save the love of his life?

This is not a great movie. But, it is fun and entertaining. Ben Kingsley just goes for it. He is hilarious as a drug dealer who thinks he deserves more respect. Anthony Hopkins is pure evil as the supplier who thinks that no one is as smart as him. There is a great heist, plenty of car chases and shootouts and a love story. What more coud you want? You will probably see where this is headed right away. But, there are a few surprises and the film keeps you interested. The Husband and I had a fun time and were entertained. Again, this film will not win any awards but it is a nice action flick. And, I liked that it was rated PG-13 and the language was not over the top. If you like a decent heist film, then you might have fun at this one. There isn't much competition out there right now, anyway.
