Since thawing out and then saving the world with the rest of the Avengers, Steve Rogers, aka Captain America (Chris Evans) now lives in Washington D.C. and works for S.H.I.E.L.D.  He is slowly adjusting to modern times, music, movies and cell phones.  There is an attack on one of his colleagues and he is forced into action.  Working with the Black Widow (Scarlet Johansson) and Falcon (Anthony Mackie), they must prevent the Director of U.S. Security, Alexander Pierce (Robert Redford) from killing 20 million people.  Afterall, to save 7 billion, what is wrong with killing 20 million? Enter the secret weapon, The Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan) an indestructible human weapon with a secret past. Only he stands in the way of Captain America's quest to prevent destruction.

This is a great movie.  It does go on a little long, but the action sequences are terrific.  Captain Rogers has developed a sense of humor and the movie is quite entertaining.  There is also great chemistry between Captain America and the Black Widow.  It is fun to watch them play off each other.  A definite must see!  Even Trainer Joe liked it. And, as usual, stay for the credits!!
