Alice Eckle (Jessica Biel) is a small town waitress dating Scott (James Marsden) a local cop. When Scott's marriage proposal goes terribly wrong, Alice ends up with a nail lodged in her head. The nail cannot be removed because she doesn't have insurance and it starts to change her personality. When Scott begins to waver in his love for her, she decides that she must go to Washington D.C. to seek the help of Senator Howard Birdwell (Jake Gyllenhaal). He agrees to help her and soon she begins to fall for his charm. Will he help her get her operation and will love save the day?

This was a bad movie. It must have been made before Obamacare. The social commentary is very aggravating. No respected doctor would leave this nail in her head because of lack of insurance. That would be malpractice. Anyway, there were a lot of good actors in this bad movie. Don't be lured by the big names. This is bad. Skip it!
