Runs 109 minutes

Mr. Murry (Chris Pine) and his wife Mrs. Murry (Gugu Mbatha-Raw) have been studying atoms and how they relate to time travel for quite some time. But, it appears that the rest of the scientific community isn't quite ready for what they have discovered. When Mr. Murry is able to open a pathway into the Universe, he takes off. Only, he never realized that he would be unable to return. It has been four years and Meg (Storm Reid) and her little brother Charles Wallace (Deric McCabe) still miss him every day. When an oracle from the universe, Mrs. Whatsit (Reese Witherspoon) appears to the children and offers to help them rescue their father, they grab their friend Calvin (Levi Miller) and take off into the void. With the help of Mrs. Which (Oprah Winfrey) and Mrs. Who (Mindy Kaling), the children travel into the Universe to rescue Mr. Murry from a terrible evil.

This movie is not very good. Once the kids take off into the Universe, it is like some kind of fever dream or something. The plot is garbled, the special effects are not good and the three "Misses" are ridiculous. I was bored and didn't really care if they found Mr. Murry or not. I thought the kids were fine. I really liked little Charles Wallace (Deric Mccabe). He was adorable. But, not enough to make up for this weak movie. Apparently, it really drifts far from the the book, too. So, I would say skip this movie!!!
