Our under-appreciated and over-stressed Moms are back. Amy (Mila Kunis), Kiki (Kristen Bell) and Carla (Kathryn Hahn) just want to enjoy the Holidays. But with all of the cooking, decorating and wrapping, it seems harder and harder to live up to everyone's expectaions. So, the Moms decide to rebel against tradition and just have fun. That is until all of their Mothers show up unannounced for the Holidays. Amy's mom Ruth (Christine Baranski) is a perfectionist and will settle for nothing less than a "Perfect Christmas". Kiki's mom Sandy (Cheryl Hines) is still struggling with the loss of her husband and only wants to spend time with her "Best Friend" - her daughter. And, Carla's mom Isis (Susan Sarandon) really just needs a place to stay for a few days. Once these Mothers hit town, all bets are off. Fun no longer appears to be an option. But, by the end of the Holidays, maybe these women will create new tradtions of their own and grow closer to their Mothers, afterall.

I thought this movie was silly, crude and very funny. They definitely push the "R" rating with language and some sexy santas. But, at the center is a sweet movie about family, Christmas and Mothers. I laughed and even teared up a little at the end. Justin Hartley was hilarious as a sexy santa. Not too bad looking either - Ha! Nacho Kim and I enjoyed the film. We laughed and had a good time. The film puts Christmas front and center and the folks even go to church for Christmas Eve. So, overall the message was good (in a very raunchy way). Appreciate and love your Moms! Go see it.
