Runs 103 minutes

Michelle (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) has just fled from a broken engagement. The next thing she knows she is in a car accident and wakes up in some kind of bunker. She learns that Howard (John Goodman) is somehow responsible for holding her there. And, that Emmett (John Gallagher, Jr.) is also living in the bunker. Soon, the men tell her the real reason she can't leave - there has been a chemical attack and the air above ground is no longer fit to breathe. Or, is there something even more sinister going on down in the bunker?

I loved this movie. It has elements of several different genres. It is suspenseful and it keeps you on your toes. Just when you think you know where it is headed...you are wrong! Ha! It is fast-paced and fairly original. This movie has very little in common with the first Cloverfield. And, luckily this one is not jerky and nauseating like Cloverfield was. I loved the suspense and I thought the small cast was excellent. You felt like you were in the bunker with them and the whole time you are trying to figure out what you would do in the same situation. Let's just say that Michelle was a pretty sharp cookie. Loved it! Go see it.
